CDD Management Audit Implementation Updates
In April 2014, the City Council approved the Community Development Department Management Audit Implementation Roadmap.

The Roadmap identified 224 prioritized recommendations and focused on ways to improve the department in areas such as:
  • public counter space,
  • public noticing processes,
  • customer service,
  • staffing levels,
  • and the various processes related to development and building projects.

This report reflects the significant accomplishments and movement toward addressing and implementing the majority of the recommendations.

The matrix will be updated regularly with information about the accomplishments, status of in-progress implementation, and information with regards to any future actions.
