PA14-060 De Anza Duplex;
  Construction of two new residential dwelling units on a vacant parcel (duplex) 2123 and 2133 De Anza Boulevard.  The project site is comprised on one parcel totaling 25,987 square feet of area located near De Anza Boulevard and Polhemus Road.  The project site is zoned R1 (two-family dwelling) and the General Plan land use designation is Low Density Multi-Family Residential.  

Required Approvals:
  1. Categorical Exemption under CEQA Section 15332 Class 32 In-Fill Development Projects
  2. Site Plan and Architectural Review for the construction of two new residential dwelling units
  3. Site Development Planning Application for site development on a slope of 15 percent or greater, and site grading on a hillside
  4. Tentative Parcel Map for Condominium purposes to delineate two designated parcels for each residential dwelling unit.
