Project Description
Work will include the installation of Class II bicycle facilities along City streets as outlined in the City’s recent adopted Bicycle Master Plan. These improvements will include bicycle lane striping, bicycle pavement legends, and signs to indicate the location of the newest Class II facilities.

Benefits of Work
Class II facilities will provide cyclists with a defined section of the roadway in which to ride. Signs and pavement legends provide motorists, as well as cyclists, notice of these facilities. The new facilities also improve connections to the City’s existing bicycle network.

Anticipated Timeline
Work is expected be performed in Spring 2013.

Anticipated Work Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Expected Construction Impacts 
During construction hours, residents may experience short delays due to construction activities.  These activities may include: blocked driveways, temporary removal of on-street parking, and some noise.
