Project Description
Project includes a pathway in the landscape island, as well as pedestrian ramps. Future work to complete the project will include a pedestrian bulb out across from the island on 3rd Avenue.

Benefits of Work
Work will provide an improved connection for pedestrians using 3rd Avenue. Pedestrians will now have crosswalks and pedestrian ramps while walking along 3rd Avenue to access the Main Library or Downtown.

Impacted Areas 
3rd Avenue in the vicinity of Parrott Drive     

Anticipated Timeline
Expected to commence in Spring 2013 and to be completed Summer 2013

Anticipated Work Hours 
Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Expected Construction Impacts 
During construction, residents may experience short delays due to construction activities.  These activities may include: blocked driveways, pedestrian detours, noise, dust, etc.
