Public Review and Comment
The public review and comment period on the updated Initial Study / Negative Declaration is from January 23, 2013 to February 21, 2013. If you wish to comment on this document, please submit your written comments to Lisa Ring, Senior Planner, City of San Mateo Planning Division, 330 West 20th Avenue, San Mateo, CA 94403 no later than Thursday, February 21, 2013 at 5:00 pm.

Public Hearing
After the conclusion of the public review for the environmental document, the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to review this planning application. The Planning Commission public hearing is scheduled for February 26, 2013 at 7:30 pm in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 330 West 20th Avenue, San Mateo, CA.
Background:  The application for this project was submitted in December 2011.  This application is available for public review at the City's Planning Division counter in City Hall.

A neighborhood meeting was held on May 14, 2012 and a Planning Commission Study Session was held on May 22, 2012.  Planning Commission material is available here:
