| HSR evaluates early investment in the Blended System approach within the Caltrain Corridor. The High Speed Rail Authority and the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) have recommended early investment in the “Blended System.” The City of San Mateo has identified a potential grade separation project within our City for that early investment. |
