Description:
An application to demolish the existing retail buildings on the project site and development of a land plan that would include residential, office, commercial, and park uses on the site.

A Neighborhood Meeting will be held for this project on
Thursday, February 18, 2010 to discuss the potential public benefit to be included in the Development Agreement.
On August 24, 2009 the applicant has submitted revised Specific Plan and Design Guideline documents for review. The Draft Specific Plan, Design Guidelines, Transportation Demand Management (TDM) and Draft Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) were reviewed at a Planning Commission Study Session on September 22, 2009.
The applicant submitted a formal application in March 2007, consisting of a Draft Specific Plan and Design Guidelines (see below). The applicant has submitted a revised Draft Specific Plan (see below) and has been to a Planning Commission Study Session March 10, 2009. This Study Session was to review the proposed alternative plan for the project contained in Chapter 5 below.
