Description:	The project proposes the demolition of the existing fire station on the site and development of a new 9,700 square feet two-story fire station. The project site is 24,560 square feet and is located at the southwest corner of West 27th Avenue and Edison Street.
Status:	The City Council approved the project at a hearing on February 16, 2010. At this time, building permit construction drawings have not been submitted for review. A Planning Commission hearing was held on January 26, 2010 at 7:30pm in City Hall Council Chambers.
