The City Council approved the planning application for this project on July 12, 2010 and will review the second ordinance for this project on Monday, August 16, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall.
Plans were submitted to City staff to review on August 23, 2009. A neighborhood meeting was held to discuss the Development Agreement propsoed for the project on October 20, 2009. It is anticipated that a City Council Study Session for the proposed Development Agreement would be held on November 16, 2009.
A neighborhood meeting was held on September 4, 2008. The Planning Commission held a study session on this project, Tuesday, September 9, 2008. A formal application was submitted to the Planning Division on March 10, 2009. An incomplete letter was sent to the applicant on April 10, 2009. This application is available for public review at the City's Planning Counter in City Hall.
