Description:

The applicant proposes to construct a 52 unit multifamily residential building with underground parking. The required approvals for the project are:

  • Categorical Exemption (CEQA Section 15332 - Infill Development),
  • Site Plan and Architectural review for the Construction of the Development & On-Street Loading Space,
  • Vesting Tentative subdivision Map for Condominium Purposes, and
  • Site Development Permit for Grading and Tree Removal

Status:

On January 26, 2010 the Planning Commission approved the development of the Magnolia Place project with a 4-0 vote. At this time, building permit construction drawings have not been submitted for review.

    On August 28, 2007, the Planning Commission reviewed changes to the project at a second study session and provided the applicant with directions for project revisions. The project was still called "Tilton Place".
