Interlibrary Loan
Before you place an Interlibrary Loan request, check the
Library Catalog. If you find the item and it's at another library in the Peninsula Library System, you may place a hold on it through the online catalog with your library card.
If you don't find the item you are looking for in the
Library Catalog, we may be able to request it for you from another library system through Interlibrary Loan.
Interlibrary Loan requests are $5.00 each for books and $3.00 each for articles. The process usually takes 3-4 weeks. You need a valid Peninsula Library System card.
The length of the loan varies depending on the lending library's policy. Some items might not be renewable.
If you have questions or would like to place a Interlibrary Loan request, please call (650) 522-7818 or visit your local library.
