The Home Energy and Repair Loan Program (formerly known as the Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program) provides below-market interest rate loans to low-to moderate-income owner-occupants.
Loans for owner occupied homes are available for a variety of purposes, such as:
- Roofing
- Plumbing and Electrical Upgrades
- Termite Work
- Painting
- Wall and Ceiling Insulation
- Modernizing Heating Systems
- Energy Efficient Replacement Windows
- Weatherstripping Doors
- General Deferred Maintenance
