Home Energy and Repair Loan Program

The Home Energy and Repair Loan Program (formerly known as the Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program) provides below-market interest rate loans to low-to moderate-income owner-occupants.

Housing Rehabilitation Loan ProgramLoans for owner occupied homes are available for a variety of purposes, such as:

  • Roofing
  • Plumbing and Electrical Upgrades
  • Termite Work
  • Painting
  • Wall and Ceiling Insulation
  • Modernizing Heating Systems
  • Energy Efficient Replacement Windows
  • Weatherstripping Doors
  • General Deferred Maintenance
