June 26: High-n-Tight - Blues

High-n-Tight is a four piece party band that plays classic rock-n-roll as well as selections of blues, jazz and country. Our high energy and eclectic variety of music gets the crowd dancin’ and keeps them rockin’ with tight vocal harmonies, powerful solos and inspired improvisations. Long time San Mateo residence Don Malinverno on Keyboards leads the band along with Guitarist David Gale, Drummer Michael Zimmerman and Bassist Bob McCormick.

July 3: Club 90 - Dance/Party

Club 90 is a high-energy, choreographed dance party show featuring the pop hits from the 1990’s to today’s Top 40 and Dance Music.  From Nirvana to Whitney Houston, from Katy Perry to the Black Eyed Peas, from Daft Punk to Robin Thicke… Club 90 is a top choice for audiences of all ages.

Dressed in hip, urban street wear, Club 90 consists of seven accomplished performers, including three vocalists, keyboardist, electric bassist, guitarist, and drummer.

July 10: California Cowboys - Country

R. W. Smith and the California Cowboys deliver a powerful sound, with the clear punch of tight three-part harmonies. And such rowdy, foot stompin' original songs as "We Ride' em We Rope' em" and "Double Shot of ?Hank", it's easy to see this band will always go over in a big way with any audience. As lead singer and song-writer, R.W. is the polished showman. He dances and jokes with the audience while delivering top billing entertainment. Together with drummer Hal Atkinson (CCMA’s Drummer of the year, 1994), guitar player Gary Potterton ( producer of "Grandma got run over by a Reindeer". bass player, Cary Atkinson and legendary Steel Guitarist, Bobby Black. These fine musicians form one of California's most successful country-western bands. With a solid draw and non-stop show, promoters and sponsors know the Cowboys can fill the seats with cheering audiences.

July 17: Stompy Jones - Jump Swing

Stompy Jones with their vintage attire and romping small-band swing, these fellas have injected a healthy dose of "Central Avenue" inspired Rhythm & Blues into the current roots music scene. Little David's thumpin' stand-up bass, Bowen Brown's swinging double-shuffle drumming and the rolling boogie-woogie piano of Scott Lawrence provide the foundation. Riffing on top is Tim Hyland on trumpet and Jeff "Erv" Ervin on tenor and alto saxophone. Together these two highly respected "take-off men" create the fireworks of vintage jazz. At center stage, the "swing man" rejoicing and shouting the blues is the irrepressible Peter "Pops" Walsh!

Whether they're appearing at a posh supper club, concert hall, or a little place "just down the road apiece" these fellas deliver high-fidelity, high flying, eight-to-the-bar romance with every performance. Stompy Jones delivers the romping, joyous style of jazz that would come to be known as Rock and Roll.

This San Francisco sextet is renowned for their jumpin' rhythm, wailing improvisations, and relentless energy. They've been driving up the cultural temperature in California with their hip charm, retro style, and explosive stage show. These coast to coast journeymen of jump have been playing boogie-woogie, vintage jazz and blues to crowds of all-ages. 


July 24: Tempest- Celtic Rock

Since forming in 1988, Tempest has delivered a globally-renowned hybrid of high-energy Folk Rock fusing Irish reels, Scottish ballads, Norwegian influences and other world music elements. The last 25 years have seen the San Francisco Bay Area based act release fifteen critically acclaimed CDs and play more than 2,000 gigs. It's also enjoyed an evolving line-up that's enabled musicianship and creativity to rise with each new member. Signed to Magna Carta Records, Tempest's releases are acclaimed worldwide. The group's latest studio CD, Another Dawn, finds the band in peak form as it showcases inventive original and traditional material. The newly released Live CD, 'The 25th Anniversary Concert' is another high energy recording, dedicated to all the fans and friends who have faithfully supported the band for over a quarter of a century.

Tempest is regularly featured at prestigious festivals including The Philadelphia Folk Festival, Denmark's Skagen Festival, Britain's Cropredy Festival and The Winnipeg Folk Festival in Canada. The band is also a mainstay at countless American Celtic festivals.


July 31:  Solsa - Latin

Solsa is the most sought after band in Northern California for weddings, festivals, private and corporate events.

Solsa performs popular R&B, Rock, dance music and “Solsa-fies” it with Latin percussion to create the Sol-Sound that everybody is talking about. This hand-picked group of great musicians has been entertaining crowds in California and Nevada since 2004 and has become the very best dance show band for Latin and R&B in Northern California and Nevada.

August 7: Aja Vu with Stealin' Chicago - Tribute Band

The San Francisco-baseAja Vu band performs the music of Steely Dan!

From "Hey Nineteen" and "Reelin' In The Years" to "Rikki Don't Lose That Number", you can buy a thrill when you hear the tight chunky horns, vocals and solos note for note and phrase for phrase backed up by an unparalleled rhythm section.

The Aja Vu show recreates the combination of rock, jazzy blues and unique storytelling that has made the Steely Dan sound endure throughout pop culture for 30+ years!

As winner of the KFOX Last Band Standing competition on the Bay Area's #1 rated Greg Kihn Show, Aja Vu has also perfomed with The Doobie Brothers, Dave Mason, Robben Ford, at Shoreline, and Fresno's Tower Theatre.

Stealin' Chicago has respect for the music and a dedication to re-create how it was recorded by Terry Kath, Robert Lamm and Peter Cetera and their different vocal styles. The unique sound incorporates a strong use of melodic horn lines and is the sound of Chicago.

August 14: David Martin's House Party - Dance/Party

One of San Francisco’s premier party bands for over twenty years, this “interactive” eleven piece all-star group has gained a national reputation for their high energy performances, incredible musical variety, and “anything can happen” hi-jinx. Recent appearances include The Waldorf Astoria in New York City, special Napa Valley performances for Wine Spectator Magazine, concertizing in Maui at the Hyatt Regency Kaanapali and La Costa Resort in Carlsbad; selling out The Grand Sierra Resort’s VIP New Years Eve 2010 in Reno.

David Martin is a Bay Area native who began his musical career at the age of six. Known for his powerful vocals and sparkling guitar work, David Martin was a founding member of legendary San Francisco “New Wave” faces The LLoyds and The Buzztones. David Martin has assembled a remarkable group of established musician/entertainers including Bobby Strickland (Todd Rundgren, Phil Lesh), Byron Allred (Steve Miller, Todd Rundgren), Gerald Goudeau (Race & Rhythm), Christina Sabatelli (Tubes, Starship), Tim Allen (Silvercreek), Timo Guierrez (Viva Brazil), John Mader (Booker T, Pee Wee Ellis), and Rob Russ (Eddie Money). Rounding out the group’s lineup are dance artists Sandra Leathley and Stephanie Romano.
