The project applicant proposes to demolish the existing Goodyear tire shop and Immediate Care Medical office building and construct a four-story mixed-use building with 68 units of affordable housing and approximately 2,917 square feet of commercial space. Parking for the units and the commercial space will be provided in a below grade parking garage with approximately 121 parking spaces. The project site is 43,483 square feet and is located on S. El Camino Real between 28th and 31st Avenues. The property is zoned TOD, Transit Oriented Development.
