Group Tennis Lessons
We have a number of different skill levels and times for our group tennis lessons. Group lessons are a great way to get a little exercise and socialize while getting outside for some fresh air! Our group tennis lessons include:

Beginning Tennis: Tennis has never been easier to play and learn. By using new progression tennis balls and a modern games-based approach to learning, you will be able to rally the ball in the first hour of the very first class. Adv. Beginning Tennis: This class is for players with some previous tennis experience. Advanced Beginning Tennis is designed to help you become more consistent and to learn some basic match and point play strategies. Each class will feature one or more fundamentals with a review of the previous class.

The goal of each lesson segment is to introduce one or more skills necessary to play tennis. Advanced Tennis: This class is for experienced players only. You must have an instructor's recommendation for this class. More emphasis is placed on matchplay and strategy. Focus is on advanced techniques, skills, footwork, strategy, and shot shaping.

Cardio Tennis: Why run on the treadmill when you can get a heart pumping workout while playing tennis? Current players, non-players, and everyday people will see it as a fast, effective, and more fun way to work out. Elevate heart rates into the aerobic training zone. Burn more calories than in singles or doubles tennis. Short cycles of high-intensity work and periods of rest. Fun, fast-paced group activities. Intermediate Level: Previous tennis experience is required. The lessons are fast-paced with footwork and movement in the forefront. The goal of each lesson segment is to introduce one or more skills necessary to play tennis and one or more footwork patterns to help you move better on the tennis court. This class will keep you in the CARDIO zone
(65-85% max heart rate) for the entire class.
