The El Camino Real Master Plan that was developed in 2001 is now posted on our website.  There are two sections: 1) the main document; and 2) Settings and Opportunities.  Each section has been broken down into chapters as the photos and graphics create a large file, often too large to open, review, and download.

Planning Commission Meetings

The Planning Commission hears requests for variances, reclassifications, special permits, high-rise buildings, planned developments, EIRS and subdivisions. Hearings are also held on elements of the General Plan and changes or additions to zoning ordinances.
