In an effort to provide an additional method of communication with the City, we are offering this Online Community Complaint form as a service to the public. If you live, work, or are visiting San Mateo and notice one of the problems listed below, please use this form to notify us. Simply select the type of problem you are reporting from the list below and complete the information boxes. When you hit the "Send form to city" button your report will automatically be sent to the appropriate City department for action.

Reports will be processed 8:00am - 5:00pm PST, Monday through Friday.

NOTE: Reports received on City Holidays will be processed on the next business day.
