    City Arts of San Mateo is presenting its 12th Annual High School Arts Recognition Program. The mission of the program is to inspire, encourage, and acknowledge the creativity and talent of San Mateo’s high school students. The artwork, including drawing, painting, photography and sculpture, is submitted by students attending Aragon, Hillsdale, and San Mateo High Schools. The Student Art Exhibition will be on display throughout the San Mateo Public Library from April 2-April 30, 2012.
