City Arts of San Mateo invites you to a Reception and Awards Ceremony honoring the creative excellence of students participating in City Arts of San Mateo’s 12th Annual High School Arts Recognition Program. The artwork is submitted by students attending Aragon, Hillsdale and San Mateo High Schools. The guest speaker is Dick Sperisen, Coordinator Emeritus, Arts Education/School Design, San Mateo County Office of Education.
