About the Board


Established in 1943, the Board recommends rules and advises the City Manager regarding personnel matters and hears appeals from City employees.

Meetings


Date: Third Tuesday of each month
Time: 7:00pm
Location: City Hall Conference Room C, 330 W 20th Ave, San Mateo, CA 94403 
The Board will only meet when there is an Election of Officers, an appeal or other particular business before the Board. Agendas are posted on the bulletin boards outside Council Chambers and City Clerk's Office at least 72 hours before each meeting. Minutes for Open Sessions are posted after Board approval.
