PROJECT DESCRIPTION:


A Planning Application has been submitted for the development of a four-story, mixed-use retail and residential dwelling units located at the western corner of El Camino Real. The proposal includes 5,590 square feet on the first level, of which 3,155 square feet will be allocated for retail, 19,221 square feet of residential (10 residential units) on the second, third, and fourth levels, and a 750-square-foot roof deck on the fourth level. Also proposed is a below-grade mechanized parking system which can accommodate up to 28 cars. Cars will enter a platform within the building located on the main level of the building and will be transported by elevator to parking spaces distributed between two below-grade levels (14 on each level).
